Responsibilities

Works with assigned customers/areas to translate business requirements into application/system solutions.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Customize presentations to suit audience needs and communicate technical solutions in business terms.
  • Form and maintain productive relationships with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage customer expectations, ensuring timely and effective support and service delivery.
  • Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
  • Create compelling visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) to communicate findings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex business and technical issues; assess the feasibility and impact of system solutions.
  • Design and conduct comprehensive analyses to address first-time or complex project challenges.
  • Lead or participate in the design, build, and test phases of projects.
  • Produce and manage project artifacts, such as project plans, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Lead design sessions by articulating business problems and proposing logical system solutions.
  • Design projects requiring systems integration across multiple technical platforms.
  • Participate in defining and documenting technical requirements and architectural designs.
  • Mentor team members and act as a resource for architectural systems understanding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level platform issues; recommend improvements to enhance quality and performance.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication to effectively present findings
  • Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
