Responsibilities

Direct the workforce data science team in the use of techniques from supervised and unsupervised machine learning, statistical analysis, artificial intelligence, predictive modeling of complex problems, and discovery of workforce insights in order to identify opportunities and deliver business insights and analytics solutions.

• Gather business requirements and identifies data science methodology to solve problems.
• Oversee the creation of statistical models and algorithms that can mine millions of records of data and deliver
  insights.
• Play a critical role in the design, oversight and implementation of artificial intelligence capabilities within the HR community.
• Work with stakeholders and executive leaders to implement statistical models and products into standard work processes or policies.
• Evaluate vendors and partners and continue to build a strategic vision of data science use cases.
• Direct the work of data scientists across different portfolios.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
  required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
  degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
  being in leadership/management.
