Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Supports labor management managers and leadership with labor and productivity data, reporting, and analytics including designing reporting and dashboards. Responsible for accuracy in all reporting and dashboards and in all labor management systems. Reviews and analyzes data to identify and share areas of opportunities with the ministry markets. Collaborates with labor management leadership to align technologies and tools that support the overall labor objectives and initiatives. Provides Management Engineering support to ministry markets to support during vacancies and to support high volume market areas as needed.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Leads process improvement and standardization initiatives and implementations for labor management systems, reporting, and processes and understands labor dynamics and needs.
  • Builds ad hoc and standard reporting and dashboards, audits and analyzes workforce data, reviews trends, and identifies and shares areas of opportunity from the data. Reviews data with market leadership and shares findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in labor management projects, providing support in planning, execution, and evaluation and provide training for labor management technologies.
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, identifies areas for improvement, and provides guidance about the appropriate corrective actions.
  • Supports ministry markets by providing management engineering support for labor management, staffing, and productivity needs where additional support is required.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for labor management systems, tools, and resources.
  • Oversight for labor management reporting and systems and ensure integrity of data.
  • Shares best practices with market leadership and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned and as needed.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

  • 4+ years of experience required.
  • 7 years of experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills are required.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of healthcare labor management technologies experience strongly preferred.
  • Travel to market ministries will be required.
