Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Learning and Enablement Team on a remote basis. In this key role, you will play a critical part in driving digital transformation across the organization by supporting the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital tools and platforms that enhance clinician experience, operational efficiency, and overall adoption. As a Senior Technology Specialist, you will act as a strategic technical advisor and hands-on expert, working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product development and marketing, and clinical business units. You will assess business needs, recommend and configure solutions, provide technical leadership on digital clinical initiatives, and ensure seamless user onboarding and support. - Lead the successful rollout of all digital adoption (i.e., Pendo, etc.) instances for clinical portfolios, leveraging project plans as needed to meet changing needs and requirements, ensuring all implementation goals are met on time and with high quality
- Offer skillful services developing content in Pendo/other DAS solutions for various clinical use cases that meet customer experience standards and add meaningful value to our clinicians
- Implement and enable Pendo/DAS instances including pages, features, and metadata (to support guide development and analytics)
- Complete various setup, configuration, and activation tasks, for a successful Pendo/DAS rollout
- Assist in training other team members and Pendo/DAS stakeholders, on how to effectively manage content and analytics within the Pendo/DAS system
- Acknowledge and address user needs (i.e., guide development assistance, enabling untagged pages and features, adjusting access permissions, etc.) in a timely and supportive manner
- Communicate project information and program outcomes to key stakeholders, team, and leadership/Executive sponsors
- Document and circulate documentation for clinicians, peers and leadership
- Serve as a first line of escalation for outstanding or unresolved support issues
- Own the partnership/collaboration with the clinical business units for Pendo/DAS use cases, IT, product marketing, and other key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices to inform content strategy
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Healthcare experience with Electronic Health Systems (EHR) and other clinical technology systems
- Deep understanding (3-5 years) of Pendo platform (or parallel product i.e., WalkMe, WhatFix, etc.) gained through experience in a technical implementation, content development, product marketing, customer success or related role
- Experience with data analytics, developing/maintaining SmartSheets/Tableau reports for tracking/monitoring
- Experience with project management and content management systems (i.e., Jira, etc.)
