Responsibilities

Product Manager: GMDx (Select & Book)

As a Product Manager on the GMDx team, you’ll be responsible for understanding consumer needs and behaviors while advocating for a seamless and efficient user experience for digital scheduling. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, support, and mature the roadmap for products within your portfolio. You’ll lead with a combination of leadership skills, data, storytelling, and logic to influence teammates, stakeholders, and key executives. We’re looking for someone with experience in healthcare (preferred) and e-commerce funnel structures (search-select-confirm). We need a proactive self-starter who can take initiative and work with the team and multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a team player, and someone who is passionate about serving our patients and Ascension’s mission.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the product visionary for your product

  • Manage and lead the product through the entire life cycle, from discovery/prediscovery, managing requirements, to execution and release.
  • Work closely with development team to manage backlog, create stories and collaborate with QA to scope test cases
  • Understand the business vision, needs, values, and KPIs, translating these into clear product strategies.

  • Create and maintain Product Roadmaps.

  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the product team, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment.

  • Own the health and evolution of products within the portfolio, ensuring the team is working towards stakeholder goals.

  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to understand how the product impacts business objectives.

  • Provide regular forecasting and status updates to the leadership team, alongside the Scrum master.

  • Own, track, and report on product initiatives and progress toward milestones.

  • Deliver audience-appropriate metrics in various formats for team members, managers, and executives.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager for development teams, with a track record of leading product initiatives.

  • Experience creating and maintaining Product Roadmaps.

  • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, metrics, and KPIs gained from hands-on experience.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative

  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to drive solutions and facilitate collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and data analytics tools.

  • Experience with scheduling solutions, "Find a Doctor" platforms, or similar healthcare-related products is a plus

  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
