Responsibilities

As a Manager on the Contract Lifecycle Management Team, you will support the Associate Vice President, Contract Lifecycle Management and Ascension by managing the day-to-day execution of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integration and governance and collaborate with executive stakeholders across all business areas to support a high-functioning, highly reliable CLM program.

Your role requires the ability to synchronize multiple complex workstreams using exceptional relationship building, critical thinking, and delegation skills to lead successful projects and mentorship, team building, and leadership development skills for our team's success.

Project Management and Change Management

  • Lead the implementations of new contract management strategies and processes across Ascension of high complexity by identifying critical next steps, tracking project tasks and goals to completion, and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Design and execute implementation and change management plans related to CLM, including workstream development, formal and informal communications, end-user training, and success measurements.
  • Leverage your experience to guide and support the consultant team and/or contract specialists on their projects by utilizing resources within the team and Ascension to solve problems.

Relationship Building

  • Build relationships quickly by exhibiting executive presence among senior leaders, exceptional customer service, situational awareness, and proactive hospitality to all project stakeholders, including executives, leaders, end-users, and external parties.

People Management

  • Manage, mentor, professionally develop, and coach consultants and contract specialists.
  • Serve as a resource to others to remove project barriers through stakeholder engagement.

Deliverable Creation

  • Validate and oversee consultant-prepared analyses and reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy and that conclusions and recommendations drawn in the deliverable are insightful and easy to understand to the target audience.
  • Review and present executive-level deliverables for multiple workstreams or projects, including weekly updates, status reports, and presentations.
  • Develop, review, and present business cases for large national initiatives, including cost/benefit and pro forma financial analyses, persuasive funding justifications, and implementation schedules and strategies.

Requirements

Education:


• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative
job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
