Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria's. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

As a Channel Partner Sales Manager (Upstream Chemicals), you’ll be involved in planning and development for the sales strategy in APAC region. In a high-impact, ever-changing environment you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted expert, you’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships and thorough business understanding.

As a Channel Partner Sales Manager (Upstream Chemicals), you will be responsible for:

· Developing regional sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers

· Identifying key process and chemical sales targets within your market to develop sales plans and deliver new business

· Partnering with a team of chemicals experts to build growth in your assigned region

· Building relationships with key customers through value-selling

· Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders at customer facilities to cultivate current and new business

· Managing Sales and Service Standards at multiple key customer accounts to ensure compliance

To be successful in this role you will:

· Demonstrate solid experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies that lead to growth

· Demonstrate solid upstream chemicals sales experience

· Show expertise in upstream chemicals sales processes

· Demonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and upstream chemicals market conditions

· Be able to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

· Be a good team player and have experience of working in safe, laboratory environment

· Be able to travel to local territory to visit customer sites
