You will have wing-to-wing ownership and responsibility from start to finish of customer orders. Our aim is to ensure effective communication with customers, sales, supply chain, technology and finance throughout the process. Your key responsibility is to manage a group of small to heavy projects.

As an Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional Project Teams and be fully responsible for project schedule, budget and profitability.
  • Being the single point of contact for the customer on all project matters and represent BH in front of customers (externally) as required on all project related issues and question
  • Representing the customer to BH (internally) for project specific issues
  • Developing detailed project plan and track and communicate progress
  • Ensuring safe, compliant and successful execution of all project obligations
  • Assisting with project execution input in support of Proposal Development and assist the Proposal Manager to develop executable & competitive proposals
  • Analyzing assigned projects, identify and manage risks during OTR phase and report all potential risks, operational failures, time constraint problems or extraordinary events that will negatively impact the project to management
  • Entering Orders in the ERP System and order management to be delivered as required.
  • Setting up and maintaining orders as projects in ERP system
  • Creating order confirmations and releasing of commercial invoices
  • Pro-actively and timely Order Backlog Management.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with appropriate individuals throughout the process such as Logistics, supply chain, technology, finance and sales teams.
  • Coordinating & Follow up Shipment and installation to ensure Revenue collection occurs on time.
  • Organizing various meetings with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and follow up with other departments and get their input to the project and ensure a smooth transfer of project deliverables
  • Functioning as main point of contact for customer orders during OTR
  • Providing excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external
  • Building close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring compliance of order entry with internal procedures
  • Managing dispute cases, such as incorrect invoices, delivery delay and lack of order confirmations
  • Driving operational excellence and support team to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Completed Associate or Bachelor's degree or High School diploma in Commercial/Business field or completed several years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
  • Fluent in Korean Language
  • At least 2-3 years experience in project Management
  • Basic technical skills are an Advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including: Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with ERP system such as SAP
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Independent and responsible work is expected
  • High capacity for Teamwork
  • Strong customer orientation
  • High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.
  • Well organized and ability to work with minimal supervision and oversight

The annual pay scale for this position is between $82,800.00 - $153,800.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the pay range for this position during the hiring process.

This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
