Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of the property's marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards. This includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, supervising the marketing team, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve property goals and objectives.
• Monitor competitive activities and track marketing collateral, offers, and programs.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring all activities meet company standards.
• Create an engaging environment for guests and employees.
• Assist in the development and execution of property promotions, special events, and entertainment.
• Organize and execute property VIP events, including logistics, inventory management, and guest attendance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
• Communicate and coordinate marketing events with all property departments.
• Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including digital screens, signage, and player services collateral.
• Assist with the implementation and management of the loyalty program.
• Book bands and entertainment for casino events.
• Support player development initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze marketing data and provide insights to property leaders.
• Review and execute approved sponsorship agreements.
• Supervise the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5 years of marketing experience with 1 year of management experience.
• Experience with brand standard compliance within a corporate environment.
• Experience working with regional media outlets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry.
• Ability to manage budgets and track ROI effectively.
• Experience with customer databases or player tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.
• Valid driver's license.
