We're looking for an energetic Housekeeper to join our winning team at the Hard Rock Live Hotel and Casino Tulsa. In this role you’ll be a room service rockstar, not only transforming guest rooms into sparkling escapes, but most importantly, you’ll be a guest champion, ensuring their stay is unforgettable (in a good way)!

Responsibilities

Before you hit the rooms, you'll be a master organizer, prepping your cart with all the cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities needed to make magic happen.

You'll be the one guests high-five (figuratively) for making their room feel magically clean again. This includes swapping out those tired linens for fresh ones and transforming bathrooms into sparkling sanctuaries.

You'll keep the hallways and public areas looking spick and span – no more stray chips or forgotten lucky charms!

Keep an eye out for any missing items or room damages. If you find something suspicious, report it to your supervisor or security right away – you're part of the casino's security team too!

Ever found a lucky horseshoe or a forgotten phone charger? You'll be the hero who reunites lost items with their rightful owners.

Spot a leaky faucet or a flickering light? Don't be shy, report it to your supervisor or the appropriate department – you're keeping the casino running smoothly!

Got a question about the best place to grab a bite? You're their go-to guide! Be a friendly face and a helpful ear for anything a guest might need.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!

Strong ability to maintain a professional status through interface with customers.

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.

Ability to be detail-oriented and have a willingness to learn.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper storage and usage.

Knowledge of biohazards and required personal protective equipment.

Ability to maintain interdepartmental relationships.

Work will require varied shifts including weekends and holidays, as needed.
