Job Description
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor to work evenings and be responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage service operations within the food court. This includes supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining food quality, and controlling costs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the work of food and beverage staff.
- Train new employees on service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and company policies.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet operational demands.
- Monitor service levels and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor and control food, labor, and operating costs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service and increase guest satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
- Assist with menu planning and development.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of experience in a food and beverage service environment, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., food handler's card, alcohol service permits).
