Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Associate to play a key role in ensuring the upkeep and presentation of CNE properties. This position requires a combination of maintenance, repair, and general upkeep skills to maintain a safe and attractive environment for guests and employees.
NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Please note that a positive drug test result, including for marijuana, may result in a job offer being rescinded for applicants or termination of employment for current employees, even if they possess a valid medical marijuana license.
Responsibilities
- Perform painting and minor repairs throughout CNE properties.
- Assist with carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Perform power washing of parking lots and other outdoor areas.
- Maintain grounds by mowing, weeding, and removing debris.
- Assist with building renovations and upgrades.
- Monitor building environmental systems.
- Escort vendors as needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair techniques.
- Experience with painting and other general maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of operating power tools, including cordless and corded tools.
- Experience operating one and two-person man lifts/scissor lifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
