Job Description

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is hiring a Fleet Administrator to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of mail, supplies, and gaming equipment, while also maintaining company vehicle fleet standards. This position involves sorting mail, transporting goods, inspecting vehicles, and coordinating with repair shops, requiring both physical and organizational abilities.

NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Responsibilities

  • Sort and meter mail for distribution.
  • Perform daily delivery and pickup of mail based on established schedules, obtaining required signatures.
  • Transport and deliver gaming-related equipment and supplies.
  • Transport and distribute warehouse inventory to properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of distributed mail.
  • Inspect company vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical condition.
  • Detail company vehicles, both inside and outside, as needed.
  • Transport vehicles to and from repair shops for repairs or quotes.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Forklift license required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to perform work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to display professional interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled offices and outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Ability to travel.
