Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is searching for a charismatic and experienced Senior Dealer to join our team! You'll play a vital role in dealing cards professionally, ensuring accurate payouts, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate card dealing with a focus on security and precision.
Create a welcoming and entertaining environment for guests, ensuring they understand the game and have a fantastic experience.
Maintain game security, exchange currency for chips, and ensure adherence to all gaming regulations.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months of directly related experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
You possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license to assist with various properties, if needed.
Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain focus under pressure.
