The Hard Rock experience is legendary, and that starts with a truly pristine environment. We are searching for an exceptional, hands-on Environmental Services (EVS) Lead to take charge of our cleaning operations and act as a frontline supervisor.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced leadership role where you ensure our entire property—from the high-roller tables to the corporate offices—shines like a diamond.
- Serve as a working supervisor, providing expert guidance, coaching, and training to EVS Attendants to ensure peak efficiency and quality.
- Drive high standards of cleanliness across all casino venues, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and safe experience.
- Manage shift productivity, coordinate staff schedules for optimal coverage, and oversee specialized deep-cleaning projects.
- You’ll be in the action, performing a variety of professional cleaning tasks (mopping, vacuuming, window washing) and handling trash removal.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance on vacuums and scrubbers to keep our tools running smoothly and coordinate timely repairs.
- Be a visible, helpful presence, assisting guests with directions and information, ensuring every interaction is friendly and professional.

Responsibilities
- Oversees and maintains high standards of cleanliness in all casino operations and venues.
- Trains and coaches EVS Attendants to ensure they efficiently meet cleanliness standards.
- Ensures the productivity of the shift personnel and tracks staff time schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Performs a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal.
- Identifies and coordinates maintenance repairs with the shift supervisor to ensure timely fixes.
- Performs basic maintenance on EVS equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and extractors.
- Assists guests by answering questions and providing directions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred, with at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a license from the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
