We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Production Cook to support the fast-paced operations of our Food Court venue. This role requires an individual who excels in high-volume preparation and rapid execution, ensuring continuous availability of quality food items to meet constant guest demand.

You will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of menu items, strictly adhering to standards for portion control, cooking consistency, and presentation across all food court stations. Success in this role demands strict adherence to recipes and timeliness to maintain speed of service. Beyond the line, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitary work practices, diligently managing product storage in all holding cabinets and storage areas to minimize waste. Master the speed and quality of quick-service dining! As a Production Cook for our high-traffic Food Court, you will be the engine ensuring every food station is stocked with fresh, perfectly prepared ingredients. You’ll thrive on high-volume production, maintaining strict recipe adherence and safety standards to fuel the thousands of guests who visit our venue daily. If you can cook fast and clean flawlessly, jump into the action!
  • Experience & Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 year of directly related experience in a high-volume kitchen, production, or quick-service environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Culinary Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of Culinary Arts and food preparation techniques applicable to quick-service or high-volume settings.

  • Safety & Sanitation: Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage Handling Practices and the ability to uphold a safe and sanitary work environment.

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to perform work requiring lifting objects up to 50 lbs.

  • Teamwork & Adaptability: Proven ability to work cooperatively within a fast-paced Teamwork environment and demonstrate Flexibility and Adaptability to peak service periods.

  • Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Card.

  • Work Schedule: Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by Food Court operational hours.


  • High-Volume Preparation: Prepare and cook high quantities of food for the Food Court venue according to daily production needs and Chef’s instructions.

  • Quality & Consistency: Ensure the excellent quality and proper presentation of all prepared food, strictly adhering to established recipes and portion control standards.

  • Operational Efficiency: Manage the timeliness of all food products to ensure rapid service and continuous supply across all Food Court stations.

  • Storage & Inventory: Ensure all prepared and raw product is stored and maintained properly in coolers, holding cabinets, and other areas to prevent waste and spoilage.

  • Cleanliness & Safety: Uphold the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards for all kitchen operations, equipment, and tools, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

  • Compliance: Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Food and Beverage Handling Practices to ensure guest and employee health and safety.

  • Promote the "Big Six" standards (Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe Environment) within the Back of House operations.

  • Perform other job-related culinary duties as assigned.
