The Fleet Analyst provides operational and administrative support to the fleet department by coordinating maintenance activities, managing driver qualifications, and handling fleet reservations across multiple sites. This role maintains detailed records, assists with vehicle registrations and insurance requirements, and supports financial tracking and reporting. The position also plays a key role in data management, audits, and working with internal partners such as Risk Management, Capital Assets, and various CNB entities to support overall fleet operations.

Support Cherokee Nation Businesses’ fleet operations by coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, maintaining accurate records, setting up qualified drivers, and scheduling vehicle reservations. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while performing administrative and analytical tasks that support the department.
  • High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of fleet business operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple CNB entities and assess fleet needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs and maintain corresponding records.
  • Authorize fleet vehicle credit card amounts.
  • Set up and update qualified driver information and issue driver PINs for fleet credit cards.
  • Schedule fleet vehicle reservations for multiple locations.
  • Assist with vehicle registrations.
  • Develop statistical tracking processes, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Compile, prepare, and analyze fleet data to support reporting and fleet management decision-making.
  • Assist in developing department budgets.
  • Upload accident data and collaborate with Risk Management.
  • Receive new vehicles, including software setup, PO payment coordination, capital asset notifications, and insurance setup.
  • Perform audits of driver licenses, auto insurance, and fleet credit card transactions.
  • Assist with annual auto insurance renewal.
  • Obtain vehicle enhancements such as PikePass and fuel cards.
  • Support fixed asset documentation and correct vehicle depreciation coding during transfers.
  • Assist with tracking, analyzing, and presenting financial and budgetary information.
  • Support fleet database and fuel software systems and related functions.
