The Production Cook is responsible for preparing food items according to established standards and recipes. The Production Cook ensures the consistent preparation, portioning, and presentation of high-quality food items. This role supports kitchen operations by following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and promoting a clean, friendly, and efficient work environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfort working in diverse environments such as kitchens, casino floors, and areas with exposure to smoke and noise.

  • Prepare food for assigned venue in accordance with menu standards.
  • Follow recipes and portion control to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain proper food presentation and timeliness of service.
  • Store and handle food correctly to prevent waste and spoilage.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, equipment, and tools.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
  • Promote the Big Six values: Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe.
