The Saucier Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of food items, with a specialized focus on creating high-quality stocks, sauces, gravies, and soups. This role requires strict adherence to recipes and portion control standards to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Prepare food items, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control standards.
  • Create and oversee the production of all stocks, sauces, gravies, and soups.
  • Ensure excellent food quality and proper presentation of all food items.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for all kitchen operations, equipment, and tools.
  • Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment for guests and team members.
