Join a dynamic casino operations team where you’ll play a key role in keeping our gaming floor running at peak performance. As an E-Games Technician, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge gaming equipment, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of slot technician or equivalent electronics experience
- Completion of IGT courses (MT321, MT412, MT413, MT451, MT512, NG710, MT103, AG400, AG143) preferred
- Experience with electronic gaming machines (E-Games) strongly preferred
- Ability to obtain ticket redemption kiosk and ATM service training
- Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and obtain gaming license
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a casino environment, including exposure to noise and smoke
- Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
- Execute machine moves, game conversions, installations, and floor upgrades
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming machines from multiple manufacturers
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all equipment operates safely
- Assist vendors with machine diagnostics and repairs
- Conduct RAM clears and patch game software as needed
- Install and prepare all gaming equipment for operation
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and order supplies as necessary
- Respond promptly to service calls on the casino floor
- Perform minor repairs on ticket redemption kiosks and ATMs (with supervision as needed)
- Use hand tools, electrical test equipment, and diagnostic tools effectively
- Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and other departments
- Support disposal and replacement of outdated gaming machines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and gaming regulations
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain positive working relationships
- Assist in guiding or mentoring junior technicians as needed
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call assignments
