The Event Support Specialist plays a key role in bringing events to life by assisting with logistics, setup, and on-site execution. This position works closely with multiple departments to ensure events run smoothly, from preparation through completion. Supports the successful execution of events by assisting with setup, coordination, and guest engagement. Ensures a positive and seamless experience for both internal teams and external guests across a variety of entertainment, casino, and promotional events.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; at least one (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Work may be performed in office settings, casino floors (including exposure to smoke and noise), and outdoor environments
  • Must be flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasional travel, including overnight stays, may be required

  • Assist with event setup and teardown for casino, theater, marketing, and sponsorship events
  • Support box office operations, including ticketing and will call, as scheduled
  • Ensure marketing materials, giveaways, and event supplies are prepared and delivered on time
  • Engage with guests during events by distributing promotional items and providing information in accordance with policies
  • Maintain awareness of current and upcoming promotions to effectively assist and direct guests
  • Assist with inventory counts and organization of event materials
  • Support large-scale events such as tradeshows, corporate functions, and group events as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth event execution
