This role isn't for beginners—it requires a deep, intuitive understanding of game flow, player psychology, and complex dispute resolution that only comes with years of experience.
As a Poker Floor Lead, you are the final word on the floor. You will oversee all poker activities within your assigned area, coordinating with dealers to ensure seamless gameplay while maintaining the highest levels of security and integrity. From managing inventory to mentoring the next generation of dealers, your expertise will be the backbone of our poker room’s success. Please note: This position strictly requires a minimum of 2 years of professional casino poker dealing experience.

Take the Lead on the Floor. We are seeking a seasoned industry veteran with a minimum of two years of professional poker dealing experience to step into a leadership role as a Poker Supervisor. If you have the sharp eye of a pro and the authority to command a high-stakes environment, we want your expertise at the Hard Rock.
Experience Requirement: To be considered for this role, you must possess at least 2 years of professional experience dealing cards in a regulated casino poker environment. This is a non-negotiable prerequisite for our leadership team.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Leadership Ability: Proven track record of leading and guiding employees in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of professional poker dealing procedures and gaming regulations.

Licensing & Training:
Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the appropriate authority.
Successful completion of training in the CNE Gaming Academy.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Professionalism: Commitment to providing a "Rock Star" standard of guest service at all times.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment with constant exposure to smoke and loud noise.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift/carry up to 10 lbs.
Floor Leadership: Direct and supervise the daily activities of Poker Dealers, ensuring professional conduct and adherence to house procedures.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary authority in resolving player disputes and technical game issues with poise and fairness.
Operational Management: Lead the opening and closing procedures of the poker room, including the management of accurate poker inventory.
Performance Oversight: Provide vital input on staffing needs, performance appraisals, and corrective actions to maintain a high-performing team.
Security & Integrity: Conduct rigorous inspections of decks and monitor gameplay to identify irregularities and maintain total game security.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety policies are strictly followed and report any potential hazards or procedural deviations to the Poker Shift Manager.
