Combine expert card dealing with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and entertaining gaming experience for guests. This role requires proficiency in poker dealing, strong leadership skills, and adherence to all gaming regulations and procedures.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience dealing cards in a casino poker environment.
  • Ability to maintain a close working relationship with co-workers and management.
  • Ability to lead and guide other employees.
  • Ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service at all times.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of training in CNE Gaming Academy.
  • Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment with constant exposure to smoke and loud noise.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry 10 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Direct and supervise the work of poker dealers.
  • Provide input towards staffing, performance appraisals, corrective actions, and terminations.
  • Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the poker room.
  • Maintain inspection of decks, ensuring the security of table games at all times.
  • Oversee all action in the poker room and report any irregular play to Poker Management.
  • Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to established rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any safety hazards to the Table Games Manager.
