The Fleet and Distribution Associate plays an essential role in coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies throughout various locations. The position ensures accurate mail handling, delivery scheduling, inventory transport, and vehicle upkeep. It requires strong organizational skills, professional interaction with internal teams, and the ability to work both independently and safely in a variety of environments.

The Fleet and Distribution Associate supports daily operational efficiency by consolidating, packaging, and distributing mail, goods, and gaming equipment across multiple sites. This role also provides assistance with fleet maintenance and transportation needs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid forklift license required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain professional communication with team members and customers.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain insurability.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments; regular travel required.
  • This is a safety‑sensitive position subject to mandatory drug testing.

  • Sort and meter mail according to established procedures.
  • Perform daily mail deliveries and pickups; obtain required signatures for secure items.
  • Transport gaming-related equipment, supplies, and warehouse inventory to designated properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distributed mail and deliveries.
  • Inspect company vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical condition.
  • Clean and detail vehicles inside and out as needed.
  • Transport vehicles to and from shops for repairs or service quotes.
  • Assist with general fleet operations and related duties as assigned.
