The Smoke Shop Cashier provides fast and friendly guest service, manages inventory, operates the cash register, and maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store and stockroom.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service and cash‑handling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to maintain professional interactions with customers, management, and co‑workers.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat and cold.
- Role requires consistent physical, visual, and mental effort due to the nature of job duties.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
- Ensure shelves, coolers, and product displays remain fully stocked at all times.
- Replenish merchandise from the stockroom as needed.
- Maintain clean counters, windows, doors, tobacco product displays, and shelving.
- Sweep interior floors and exterior walkways to keep guest areas clean.
- Remove litter and debris from the parking lot and stockroom.
- Mop tile floors, clean restrooms, and restock paper products.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
