The Door Greeter provides a safe, welcoming experience for guests entering and exiting WRD. This role verifies IDs, monitors entry/exit activity, prevents unauthorized removal of items, observes the gaming floor for underage guests, and supports basic front‑desk communication.

Responsible for greeting guests, verifying identification, maintaining guest counts, and ensuring compliance with facility and State regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and basic telephone skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperatures, moisture, smoke, and chemicals.

• Verify guest identification and issue proper wristbands.
• Perform headcounts and track guest totals by hour and day.
• Ensure guests do not exit with items not permitted to leave the facility.
• Monitor the gaming floor for underage guests.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Provide a positive first and last impression for all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
