Spotware Systems is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch and beyond. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, CFD trading, and trading platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for the CFD trading platform.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Defining product goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leading the product development process, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.
• Presenting product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Conducting user research and gathering feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
• Analyzing market trends and user behavior to inform product decisions.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the performance of the CFD trading platform.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life.
• Prioritizing product features and enhancements based on user needs, market demands, and business goals.
• Ensuring timely delivery of product releases and updates.
• Ensuring the CFD trading platform complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Working with legal and compliance teams to manage risks and ensure product integrity.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the CFD / Forex industry.
• Strong understanding of CFD trading, financial markets, and trading platforms.
• Deep understanding of concept and mechanism of trading products such as Copy Trading, PAMM accounts, Trading robots, Referral programs (IB) etc.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making based Amplitude, Mixpanel Tableau and similar product analytics tools.
• Experience and desire to communicate directly with customers to gather feedback.
• Understanding and experience of how to conduct competitive analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
