Position Type: Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Job Summary:
The Administrator Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Administrator functions of our skilled nursing facility here at Emerald Care Center Claremore. This position involves assisting with answering phones, transportation schedule, serve as liaison between staff, residents, families, and external agencies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment:
Office setting within a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all in-coming telephone calls in timely fashion.
Greet all guests, families, and external agencies with positive warm.
Maintain adequate office supplies and assist in various misc. office tasks.
Support department heads in achieving resident and service objectives.
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
Assist residents and families in scheduling doctor appointments.
Oversee and maintain all transportation schedules for residents and activities.

Process outgoing and incoming mail and packages.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare management preferably.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing home operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
