Job Summary:
Emerald Care Center Claremore is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a compassionate and nurturing environment. We are seeking a dynamic and personable part-time receptionist with a Certified Nurse Assistant license to join our team and enhance the overall experience for our residents and their families.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet residents, family members, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person's visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute items.
Schedule and manage resident Transportation for appointments and activities.
Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
