You'll be the smiling face overseeing the smooth operation of our Player Services and Cage activities. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency is key, but so is providing exceptional customer service. Basically, you'll be the on-the-floor leader, keeping things running smoothly and making sure every guest experience is a winning one!

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is searching for a dynamic and resourceful Supervisor to oversee our Player Services and Cage activities while ensuring every guest and employee feels like a VIP. In this role you will be the mastermind behind a smooth-running cage, ensuring efficient operations and responsible gaming practices.

  • Analyze reports, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to optimize performance.
  • Oversee ATM and kiosk cash levels, manage staff closeouts, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Verify funds, report currency information, and safeguard sensitive casino and guest data.
  • Issue winning checks and distribute paperwork, making every lucky moment a celebration.
  • Coordinate and audit operational and promotional stock, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Be a champion of confidentiality, protecting sensitive casino and guest information with unwavering vigilance.

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of cash handling and/or customer service experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is key, and so is gaming authority licensing - you must play by the rules!
  • Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
