We are looking for an energetic and highly reliable Barback to support the efficient operation of our diverse beverage venues. This is an entry-level, highly active position where you play a crucial, non-supervisory role in beverage service. Your primary focus will be on the accurate stocking and handling of all inventory—including beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic mixers—before, during, and after each shift.
Beyond stocking, you will be responsible for upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This includes sweeping and mopping, pulling trash, cleaning glassware, and maintaining the hygiene of all storage and serving areas. This role demands Initiative, Accuracy, and a commitment to Teamwork to ensure our bar staff can provide the quickest and friendliest service possible, promoting a safe and comfortable environment for every guest.

Be the Fueling Force behind our bars and lounges! As a Barback, you are the essential logistics expert who keeps the party going. You'll ensure all beverage venues are perfectly stocked with everything from beer and wine to fresh garnishes, all while maintaining spotless cleanliness and supporting the bar team. Experience & Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compliance: Ability to obtain a food handler’s card, pass all alcohol awareness training, and obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Skills: Must demonstrate strong Accountability, Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Initiative, and Teamwork.
Physical Demands: Comfortable with standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
Work Schedule: Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the venue schedule.
Inventory Management: Stock all necessary supplies for beverage venues, including all forms of beer, wine, liquor, juice, and non-alcoholic mixes, as well as dry goods and perishable supplies.
Freshness Control: Ensure all perishable supplies are correctly dated and maintained for maximum freshness, adhering to proper food and beverage handling practices.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by sweeping and mopping all floors daily and upholding sanitation standards for assigned work stations and shared areas.
Waste Management: Pull all trash throughout the shift, as needed, and thoroughly spray and clean trash cans.
Glassware & Supplies: Clean, wash, and stock all glassware and necessary bar supplies, ensuring soaps, sanitizers, and paper towels are always replenished.
Teamwork & Service: Promote the "Big Six" standards (Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe Environment) and support bar staff to facilitate Service Excellence.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
