The Casino Custodian is responsible for performing daily cleaning and maintenance inside and outside of all casino areas, including restrooms, gaming machines, and floors. This role ensures a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for all guests and employees by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Six months of general work experience or a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom and office cleaning, and trash removal.
- Sanitize and disinfect the exterior of gaming machines, chairs, tables, doors, and other high-touch areas.
- Follow company guidelines for cleaning and properly disposing of biohazardous spills.
- Maintain a high standard of excellence in the cleaning and detailing of all work areas.
- Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions on the property.
- Clean outside areas as required and perform duties on special cleaning projects.
- Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
