Hard Rock Tulsa is seeking a VIP Marketing Specialist to join our Loyalty department. As the right hand to a Casino Host, this role will turn strangers into regulars, building genuine relationships and becoming the casino’s friendly face. You’ll be the virtual host, answering questions, offering recommendations, and making sure every guest feels like a pro.

Build relationships with casino guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits. Provide exceptional customer service on the gaming floor, creating a welcoming and positive guest experience.
  • We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of player development and/or marketing experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
  • Effective written, communication, presentation, and computer skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to set priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, which includes customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
  • This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license to assist with various activities, as needed.

  • Master the casino's ever-evolving promotions and special events, ensuring you're the ultimate insider tip for your guests.
  • Make outbound calls to preferred guests, keeping them updated on upcoming promotions, events, and shows.
  • Make personal outreach calls about special offers and exclusive experiences, ensuring they never miss a beat of the casino's exhilarating rhythm.
  • Assist with any task needed, from answering guest questions to troubleshooting minor hiccups, making you the ultimate support player.
