The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring seasonal Pool Attendants to be responsible for the daily upkeep of the pool area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position requires a combination of cleaning, customer service, and basic cash handling skills, with a focus on ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment for guests. This role involves maintaining the pool deck and restrooms, enforcing pool rules, providing excellent customer service, and handling cash transactions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service.
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings.
- Ability to perform mental and visual tasks accurately.
- Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout the shift, including straightening furniture, wiping tables, sweeping, restocking towels, and emptying trash.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Enforce all pool rules and safety procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the pool desk micros and hotel PMS.
- Sell sundries at the towel desk.
