The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service by delivering food and alcoholic beverages to patrons on the casino floor. This role requires adherence to all safety and cleanliness standards, as well as following strict protocols for serving alcohol.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training.
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
  • This work requires being on your feet for long periods and includes frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. The environment may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.

  • Ensure that high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times.
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age.
  • Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas.
  • Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
  • Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
