Provide exceptional guest service to guests visiting food and beverage venues.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry level position with little to no previous work experience required.

  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.

  • Ability to obtain a State issued Alcoholic Beverage License.

Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings and/or casino floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Work will require working varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed. Work requires lifting objects up to 50lbs.

  • Takes orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Upholds a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Maintains cleanliness of cashier station, menus and all other tools necessary for the position.
  • Follows all alcohol safety standards including checking identification to ensure the minimum drinking age requirements are met.
  • Maintains stock levels of all goods for condiment area, dining room, and front counter area for the next shift.
  • Performs financial transactions and processes guest payment for the goods and services delivered.
  • Promotes the Big Six and encourages a Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe Environment.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
