You'll be responsible for the setup and teardown of all banquets and catering functions, transforming a blank space into an unforgettable event. From tables and chairs to décor and dishware, you'll ensure everything is perfectly arranged for our guests.
- We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Must have ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card from the Cherokee Nation, as well as pass in-house Alcohol Awareness Training
- Collaborate with our team to bring event floor plans to life, arranging furniture, linens, and decorative elements that create a stunning atmosphere.
- Meticulously unpack and set up tableware, glassware, and flatware, ensuring every detail is impeccable.
- Partner with your colleagues to efficiently set up and break down event spaces, maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout.
- Adapt to the fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively to ensure timely transitions.
- Uphold our commitment to pristine working conditions, contributing to a safe and sanitary environment for everyone.
- Be open to learning new skills and taking on additional tasks to support our vibrant team.
