Welcome guests, take food orders, prepare ice cream deserts (sundaes, malt shakes, etc.) and process payments for guests.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
Dependable, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a team.
Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s card and applicable ABLE Commission alcohol beverage license.
- Greet guests with enthusiasm, take food and dessert orders, and ensure a fun, friendly, and welcoming dining experience.
- Prepare and serve ice cream desserts such as sundaes, malts, and shakes quickly and accurately.
- Process guest payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively and responding to guest needs.
- Support a positive team environment and perform additional duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
