Welcome guests, take food orders, prepare ice cream deserts (sundaes, malt shakes, etc.) and process payments for guests.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.

  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a team.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s card and applicable ABLE Commission alcohol beverage license.


  • Greet guests with enthusiasm, take food and dessert orders, and ensure a fun, friendly, and welcoming dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve ice cream desserts such as sundaes, malts, and shakes quickly and accurately.
  • Process guest payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively and responding to guest needs.
  • Support a positive team environment and perform additional duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
