The Valet Supervisor provides frontline leadership for the valet team and ensures smooth operations during each shift. This role assigns duties, manages traffic flow, supports guest service needs, and ensures proper handling of guest vehicles and belongings. The supervisor works closely with the Valet Manager and other departments to maintain efficient service during VIP arrivals, events, and peak occupancy periods.

The Valet Supervisor oversees valet attendants during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service. This role supports daily valet operations by coordinating staff assignments, monitoring vehicle flow, and maintaining service standards while assisting with training and employee development.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related valet, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke.
  • Position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing.

  • Supervise valet attendants during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Assign duties and coordinate daily tasks for valet attendants.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings to review expectations, VIP arrivals, events, and occupancy levels.
  • Monitor traffic flow and vehicle staging to maintain efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure proper vehicle handling, key control, ticket management, and documentation procedures.
  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and complete incident reports when necessary.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Train, coach, and mentor valet team members.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and appearance standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs, ticket tracking, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk and other departments during high-volume periods.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of valet offices, key storage, and staging areas.
  • Assist with scheduling and attendance monitoring.
  • Perform valet attendant duties during peak times as needed.
  • Promote teamwork, professional communication, and a guest-first service culture.
  • Maintain calm professionalism in busy environments.
