As an On-Call Cocktail Server, you'll be the ultimate hospitality hero, delivering delicious drinks and good vibes to our casino guests. Think of it as a performance, where you're the headliner! You'll be taking orders, crafting the perfect cocktails (or knowing where to get them!), ensuring everything is served with a smile, and keeping the energy high.

Do You Have What It Takes to Rock
- At least 1 year of serving experience is a must. You've got to know the ropes!
- High School Diploma or GED, and you must be at least 18 years old.
- You'll need to get your food handler's card and a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Bonus points for completing alcohol awareness training.
- Exceptional customer service skills are a MUST. We're all about making our guests feel like VIPs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – think bright lights, big crowds, and lots of excitement!
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (you're on your feet most of the show!).
- Ability to work in a casino environment (it can get a little smoky and loud sometimes).
- Flexibility to work different shifts – because the party never stops!
- Ability to frequently bend and kneel (for those low-top tables!).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (those trays can get heavy!).
- You must be available to work at least one shift per month to stay in the band (maintain active employment).
Your Setlist Includes
- Mixing and mingling (responsibly, of course!) while delivering drinks with flair.
- Keeping the good times flowing by providing fast and friendly service.
- Knowing your way around a cocktail menu (and maybe even suggesting a new favorite!).
- Checking IDs like a pro – keeping things legal and safe.
- Keeping your station sparkling clean – because nobody likes a messy stage.
- Handling payments with accuracy and speed.
