Responsible for developing and managing strategic media campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences. Acts as the nexus between cross-functional teams and external agencies to facilitate strategic media placement, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred experience in media buying, project management, and/or accounting.
- Excellent written, verbal, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and accounting execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with advertising platforms.
- Experience communicating complex ideas to customers, clients, and senior management.
- Creativity and analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and develop solutions.
- Ability to work with all levels of organizational leadership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Develop and implement media strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand standards.
- Design and present detailed media plans supporting corporate marketing strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments, external agencies, and media partners.
- Negotiate terms and rates for media purchases across TV, radio, outdoor, digital, and print platforms.
- Manage creation, delivery, and quality control of advertising materials.
- Monitor and manage multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and accurate reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, and Legal teams for payments and budget alignment.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and produce reports with recommendations.
- Utilize workflow software to manage creative requests, approvals, and production specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media efforts into broader campaigns.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and consumer behaviors.
- Manage multiple projects without direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Perform work in office and/or casino environments with exposure to smoke and noise.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and reaching.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and travel with overnight stays as needed.
