As a Materials Associate, you will play a key role in the movement and management of materials within the organization. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, perform data entry, conduct routine vehicle checks, and assist with mail distribution. This position demands reliability, clear communication, and the ability to work in varied environments including indoor and outdoor settings.

The Materials Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, delivering, and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation. This role supports operational efficiency across departments and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid forklift license required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied weather conditions
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Receive, stock, and deliver materials upon request
- Handle full carts and manually lift and stack materials
- Perform accurate data entry related to inventory and shipments
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on fleet vehicles
- Sort, deliver, and pick up mail regularly
- Ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation of materials
