Complete setup and teardown of all banquet and catering events at the Catoosa and Will Rogers Downs properties. This role ensures all event spaces are properly arranged with tables, chairs, equipment, and décor according to event specifications, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience in banquet setup or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have the ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card from the Cherokee Nation.
  • Must have passed all Alcohol Awareness training provided by CNE.
  • Ability to work in an environment with strong exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Constant standing and walking are required for this position.

  • Responsible for the proper setup and teardown of all banquet and catering functions, including all necessary items such as tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, linens, serving ware, and décor.
  • Ensure all aspects of setup and teardown are completed in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail for all events.
  • Responsible for all side duties as assigned per shift.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for sanitation and shared areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain a sanitary work environment for all team members and guests.
  • Uphold safe working conditions at all times for all team members and guests.
