You’ll oversee all planning and execution for our IT Infrastructure operations—guiding teams, shaping strategy, and ensuring our systems stay secure, stable, and scalable. This role leads both Systems Administration and Network/Telecom, driving projects from concept to completion and keeping our data centers and mission‑critical systems running at peak performance.
Primarily office‑based with light physical work. Some travel and overnight stays may be required. Must be available for varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations.

Manager IT Infrastructure– Lead the Tech That Powers It All! If you love building high‑performing teams, architecting rock‑solid systems, and keeping mission‑critical infrastructure running like a dream, this role is calling your name. We’re looking for a dynamic IT leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves solving complex challenges, and knows how to turn strategy into action.
- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years in a large IT organization
- 3 years of IT management experience leading infrastructure teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, storage, WAN/LAN networking, and telephony
- Advanced project management and communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain gaming authority licensing
- Lead Infrastructure Teams — Manage Systems Administration and Network/Telecom departments.
- Own Major Projects — From needs assessment to post‑implementation review.
- Protect & Secure Systems — Ensure backups, restores, and system security.
- Oversee Data Centers — Maintain data center and IDF operations.
- Manage Mission‑Critical Tech — Servers, databases, applications, networks, and telephony.
- Drive High Availability — Implement and operate HA environments.
- Business Continuity — Design and maintain continuity procedures.
- Budget Leadership — Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
- RFP Ownership — Develop, manage, and recommend solutions.
- Develop People — Coaching, mentoring, performance assessments, and conflict management.
- Vendor Management — Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate effectively.
