Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Digital Strategy & Transformation to help drive enterprise-wide digital innovation. This role plays a key part in shaping how we leverage technology, data, automation, and emerging tools to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and strengthen digital capabilities across the organization.

You will partner closely with IT, HR, and business leaders to execute transformation initiatives, support adoption of new technologies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement.

You’ll work with cross-functional leaders, emerging technologies, and impactful initiatives that directly improve organizational performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology, process improvement, or related roles
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, digital tools, and business applications
  • Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced SQL
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments (TICS, MICS, gaming compliance) preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming licensure
  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Lead and support a team responsible for executing digital transformation initiatives
  • Help deliver the organization’s digital strategy aligned with business priorities
    Identify and implement opportunities for automation, analytics, and process improvement
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to drive adoption of digital solutions
  • Support the development and execution of digital transformation roadmaps
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, adoption, and efficiency gains
  • Use data analysis and SQL to support insights and decision-making
    Assist in implementing AI and emerging technology initiatives, including pilot programs
  • Promote data governance, security, and responsible use of digital tools
  • Support vendor coordination and solution implementation efforts
  • Contribute to change management, communication, and training initiatives
  • Drive a digital-first culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, including gaming requirements
  • Support digital integration efforts related to acquisitions and organizational growth
