As a route specialist, your job will be driving a company vehicle. We are seeking a driver with an outstanding record to ensure equipment is properly cared for. The job also requires physical labour and attention to detail. If you are someone who enjoys working hard outdoors, working mostly independently and looking after “the details”, this job is for you! Occasional customer interaction and quality customer service is expected. Experience driving a large service vehicle is preferred, but I will train the right candidate. The position is full time. When needed you will be expected to fill in with other team crews to accomplish all our company tasks.

Qualifications

•Physical job, requiring lifting of 70 or more pounds, bending, twisting, and repetitive movement in a fast-paced environment

•Drug screen, physical check

•Valid driver's license

•Good driving record for the last 3 years

•Good map reading skills

•Able to work flexible hours at times and some weekends including holidays

•Ability to use good judgment and think independently, while maintaining an aptitude for being safe in your work environment

•Ability to work independently and be flexible regarding work assignments

•Must have and poses a clean valid Class D driver’s license with acceptable driving history and be able to pass drug test

•High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

•This position will have a lot of driving throughout the day, but no overnight travel

•Washing and cleaning portable toilets and maintaining/organizing yard, repairing of portable toilets

•Servicing and cleaning of portable toilets, hand wash stations and pumping out holding tanks

•Demonstrate a strong commitment to provide the highest level of cleanliness

•Ability to work Monday thru Friday and on some occasion’s weekends and holidays

•Ability to think on the spot and help resolve any issues that may arise in a positive, friendly and professional manner

•Responsible for daily truck inspections and to report needed repairs or service for maintenance of truck in a clean and professional manner

•Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

•Complete daily route reports, pictures and pickup/delivery paperwork as required
