Sales Representative

JT Services is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative who is passionate about our services and committed to continuously improving our customer service and business approach. In this role, you will identify and present appropriate business solutions to our customers, helping to improve their situation while growing top-line revenue and corporate profitability. Using question-based selling tactics, you will uncover customers' current and future needs and find ways to add value with JT's services and products. The ultimate goal is to support our customers, make their lives easier, and create lifelong relationships, ensuring that JT Services is the first number they call for their plumbing or septic system needs.

Work independently to engage with customers about home services such as plumbing, septic services, storm shelters, and portable restrooms.

Compensation:This position is commission-based, offering extreme earning potential!

Responsibilities:

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and goals within the communicated time frame.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track new and existing sales opportunities through various reporting and tracking methods.
• Work positively with customers to collect past due payments and negotiate effective payment solutions.
• Communicate with senior management regarding customer needs, problems, interests, market activities, and trends.
• Establish, develop, and maintain a positive reputation with existing and prospective customers as well as the community you live and work in.
• Build and develop new leads through warm referrals and cold calling on new opportunities.
