Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Superintendent to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction project management, effective communication, and ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout all phases of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders via email, text, and phone calls.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Keep accurate records, reports, and schedules to track project milestones.
• Proactively resolve issues and challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable communicating via email, text, and phone calls.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in construction project management or a related field preferred.
