As a Senior Seller Partner Operations Manager you will own the strategy, alignment and operationalization of performance management and disengagement for our agent network. You will be responsible for improving the performance of our partner network to ultimately drive improved conversion performance. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented individual who will use performance data to communicate performance trends and provide insights into cross-functional teams and leadership. You will design and implement pilots/tests to improve conversion at different steps of the seller sales funnel. Closing gaps in the conversion funnel - helping partner teams take prospective sellers through, turn them to clients, and sell their home). Some examples of what you can expect:
Lead the development and alignment of performance management strategies and policies for agent partners.
Defining and executing the strategic vision for agent partner performance management and disengagement. Ensuring clear communication about progress is made to senior leaders, frontline teams, and external partners.
Leading comprehensive root cause analysis, developing robust, data-driven action plans, and influencing internal and external stakeholders to drive sustained improvement across our funnel.
Design, implement, and analyze pilots and tests to identify effective strategies for improving funnel performance.
Scale successful programs and best practices across the agent network to drive overall performance improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing to ensure performance strategies are integrated into go-to-market plans.
Proactively managing complex cross-functional dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
Provide clear and concise communication to management, business partners, and peers.
Exercise significant personal discretion in the strategy and implementation of new business practices that serve internal and external customers and partners.
Translating complex performance data into actionable strategic insights for cross-functional leadership, guiding critical business decisions and resource allocation.

A proven track record in strategic operations or business development in a tech environment, with at least 7+ years demonstrating success in leading and scaling complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent program management skills; ability to independently manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguous problems, align business partners, and hold partners accountable for deliverables.
Data-oriented and hypothesis-driven; comfortable structuring tests to learn and using findings to iterate and scale programs.
Exceptional analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, and develop hypothesis-driven solutions. Proficiency in advanced analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is required, with a preference for experience in data visualization platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau).
Flexibility in both thinking and working: when the current path is blocked, you find a way through or around it.
Mastery in executive-level communication, capable of articulating complex strategies and insights with clarity and conciseness to senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
A demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and forge strong relationships across an organization.
