POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for reviewing reports and data outputs to ensure data is accurate and meets regulatory and policy requirements. Additionally, responsible for entering data into various bank systems with accuracy. Provide support to Operations and Branch personnel to help resolve customer needs. Responsible for supporting various functions within retail and deposit operations departments while adhering to operational policies, procedures, federal laws and regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Analyze daily reports to identify and resolve errors in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
  2. Perform various data entry functions to ensure customer data is accurate and meets regulatory and policy requirements.
  3. Perform more complex clerical tasks using advanced research and problem solving.
  4. Ability to provide detailed and accurate documentation associated with actions taken; escalation of significant patterns to management based on risk severity and potential for customer impact.
  5. Train on various job functions in the department to expand ability to provide department support and branch personnel support to resolve customer issues.
  6. Assigned individual responsibilities and is expected to contribute in meeting team goals on a consistent basis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One (1) year customer service experience.

Minimum of 1 year banking experience.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING:

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Knowledge of Jack Henry Silverlake desirable.

  • Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and 10 key.
  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills.
  • Strong keyboarding skills.

  • Ability to professionally communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Attention to detail, follow procedures, analyze and solve basic and complex problems with accuracy.
